The minimum information we receive from you in order to perform our service is limited to your full name, your email address and the legal address of the subject property for which you are initiating a report. You are able to provide additional “special comments” if there is information you think will be important to our production of the Report, but it is not required to obtain the Report.

We request your name and email address so that we may communicate with you and we request the subject property address so that we may properly perform our service.  The CT Property Report website  (hereinafter “the Site”) does not save or store any personal customer information beyond the transaction of the requested Report.  The Report will document the address of the property, but will not document any history of ownership or personal information related to property owners. 

A copy of the final Report that is ultimately delivered to the customer will be retained and archived by the Site and be available to the public for purchase for an undetermined period of time.

The Site uses Gumroad to perform financial transactions with its users. Gumroad will request your name, email address and credit card or PayPal information. The Site is required by Terms of Use to comply with the privacy policy of Gumroad.  As the elements of that policy apply to your transaction, they are incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference.
